3-Phase Voltage monitoring relays for environments with electrical noise/disturbances

Protection for electrical switchboards and distribution panels.

The L-Series range of DIN Rail mounted, 3-Phase Voltage monitoring relays designed for environments that suffer from electrical noise and disturbances yet require accurate supply monitoring where harmonics and other similar conditions may exist.

Unlike the more conventional, lower cost type of 3-Phase voltage relays, this particular range employs a switch-mode power which;

a, minimizes the overall heat generated internally by the product where high-frequency noise is present on the supply i.e. from inverters
b, increases the life span of the product
c, guarantees trouble-free and reliable operation

The product range consist of models suited to different applications where particular parameters need to be monitored, typically:

• Under and/or Over Voltage
• Phase Loss
• Phase Reversal
• Phase Asymmetry

All models benefit from being configurable for either 3-wire (Delta) or 4-wire (Star) connections along with the option to choose from a selection of key nominal voltages. On all models where 4-wire is selected, the unit will also monitor for Neutral loss.
