New Mains Restoration Timer for Pumping Stations

The new LDRT Mains Restoration timer (also known as Brown Out timer) is designed specifically for remote pumping stations typically managed and operated by various water/utility companies.

It is used to provide a system reset in the event of an voltage dip or momentary loss of supply. This type of electrical disturbance can cause system malfunctions and therefore the need for engineers to visit site and rectify or restart equipment.

Installing the LDRT provides the control system with proper “system reset” signal (automatically), therefore giving equipment time to restart or reset.

There is a choice of two key supply voltages available – 115V or 230VAC. A fixed undervoltage trip level provides the threshold for detecting the voltage dip and if persists for great than the reset period (100ms), will trigger the system reset
